Ximending 2

As Ximending continues to re-invent itself, Oaktree Development have capitalized and acquired another significant property to continue building its portfolio.

XMD 2’s site is located at an intersection of five major roads. The site is a long and rectangular, and sits across from a busy commercial complex. The design uses two bars that are offset, to help break down the mass and to create a sense of verticality. The narrow bars facing the intersection are angled to address the context, as it transitions around the intersection. Lighting features will be incorporated into the handrail system and the crown to become a visual beacon at night.

XMD will start selling in Spring of 2027.
